The theme of this competition was cockpits. There have been many great cockpit games in the past, like Microsoft Flight Simulator, Mechwarrior, TIE Fighter, Wing Commander, Quarantine, Robocop 3, etc., and more recently, Steel Battalion and yes, even Metroid Prime. And there have been some real stinkers, too (*cough* Sewer Shark *cough*). But even so, cockpits are a unique sight in games... our fearless compo entrants sought to expand the world of cockpit gaming!
