I like the way they tried to get the lyrics to lipsync. It almost works :P, I probably should comment on the game but the panty shot says it all.

Unfortunately it isn’t controversial enough. And that mouse capturing thingy it installs is weird.

Not so much a voice actor as someone on the dev team. Sounds like some guy’s voice sped up in Sound Recorder.
