Sexy Cactus Banner

Cactus has updated his site with a new pinked-out style and sexy banners and everything. It makes my brain feel dirty, but in a good way. Plus, he’s added his most recent works, bringing his grand total of released games to forty (40!). Crazy.

Oh, also, there are new screenshots for Brain-Damaged Toon Underworld, Mondo Nation, and some WIP goodness. Word.

Update: Aha, the BDTU screens are on the Lofi Minds site. My bad.

Argh, I was just designing my site to be all pink and sky blue. Honestly!

  • X-Tender

Awesomeness in Pink and Blue! ;)

  • Digital Tools

Looks good, but still RSS is missing.

  • Faggot

YO DAWG! That broham makes me think about suckin big fat dick! YEAH! LET THAT SPERM SLIDE DOWN MY THROAT BIG BOY!

  • Faggot

Yo Dawg! That broham there makes me want to suck on a big fat d1ck! OH YEAH LET THAT SP3RM DRIP DOWN MY THROAT BIG BOY!

  • Zulgaines

I think that website taught me what it means to hate.

  • Huzzah

    Where are the BDTUW screenies?

  • BMcC

    That’s a good question! I swear, I was looking at them yesterday… But now I can’t find them. :o

  • Sninnyer

    No BDTUW screenshots, no party.

  • ARGH!!!

Found Spyware on the site! I’m sure this wasn’t intentional, but I had to permanently block and ban the site… Found it with SS, AA, and SD…

  • BMcC

It’s probably a false positive on his games or something. I’m sure cactus isn’t distributing spyware.

  • BMcC

**Sninnyer:** Updated the post. They were on the Lofi Minds site all along. ;)

  • Deacon Blues

40 games where nothing really happens for 20 minutes, and then your character suddenly dies for no reason? Sign me up!

  • BMcC

Don’t sully the name of a perfectly good Steely Dan song with your internet dickery, sir.

  • Huzzah

Too bad Cactus will never release BDTUW like Arthur will never release The Underside. :(

  • Sergio

Huzzah: but Arthur promised he’d get it out before Duke Nukem Forever.

  • SkyBox

I love Cactus. “Stench” is a great example of how lo-fi graphics can be, and it inspires shitty artists like me that we CAN persevere!

  • SkyBox

Also, the music for his games is unparalleled. He’s got some creative music friends up there in Sweden.

  • BeamSplashX

I would play Mondo Nation if it had more in common with the drinks. Or the 90s in general.

Granted, I think the “arcade” releases can seem kinda redundant/putting down the games not in the collection. Though it’s always a good call to include Shotgun Ninja.
