Quite a shit game really, with a broken platformer mechanic used as a gimmick – obvious from your lack of effort in taking a proper screenshot and composing a detailed description. A waste of my time and yours.

9/10 on the William Usher scale.

I just found this before seeing it here. Seems like it could be an Orsinal homage (sounds nicer than ripoff). Yea I fell in love with the flying cap too. I kept saying as went to get it, “O please let the cute doggie wear it, please o please let the cute doggie wear the hat.” It made the sixteen year old girl that lives in my brain go “eeeeeeee!!!!”
