In xWUNG, you control a ball attached to a red wire. Swing the ball around to destroy enemies. The trick to scoring is by chaining combos continuously – not an easy task, considering that you’re attempting to avoid debris from all directions. Watch out for the bosses.

Sweet to see ya posting again, Tim! You’re not just doing this to bump down the Squidi nonsense, I hope? ;)

By the way, the developer of Mondo Medicals (cactus) is fast becoming one of my favourite indie developers. Mad props, cactus!

Not really… didn’t see xWUNG posted on TIGSource previously. Had the article drafted out yesterday before the site went down and the Squidoo discussion started.

i’m pretty sure this has been posted before. but, whatver. i love tim.

  • Tim

rz: hm… you might be right, though I didn’t notice the name of any TIGSource regulars in the high score table. ;)

  • Derek

Haha, I’m fool enough to try to take you on, Tim!

Even though it’d be a lost cause. ;)

Btw, I don’t believe the game has been mentioned before on TIGSource.

D: I’m thinking honeyblaster as well – I’ll probably write about it after the negative yang thing cools down. (as suggested by bmcc)

Mondo Medicals made my brain a little more melty. Each time it’s mentioned, my head becomes filled with more and more blu cheese.

Still, it’s one of the only Cactus games that’s worked on Vista. I hate my laptop so hard.

I’ll make sure to add Vista compatible mirrors for all my games after I’m done with my next game. Sorry about that!
